De-Stress

Start by remembering what is important. Most of what stresses us are the things that don't matter in the long run. Being cut off in traffic, breaking a fingernail, not being able to buy the newest gadget, someone else's rudeness—these are just not worth worrying about. What really matters? Whether we are fair and caring.

Scientific knowledge and the wisdom of the ages agree the healthiest people live lives based on trying to make the world a better place for all living creatures. You cannot be emotionally fit if your heart is full of anger or hate. This page is designed to keep you focused on what is important.

Focus

Take the time to focus on one emotion. Greif, Concern, Anger, Love, Amusment, Hate, Envy and Greed. Close your eyes, and in your mind, give the emotion a color. Each feeling should have a different color.

Now look at some pictures and try to project the emotion the picture evokes by enforcing the color over the image. Once the color veils the image in your minds eye, SLOWLY dispell the color.

You should notice a releif of something in your chest.

Emotional Fitness

Just as physical fitness exercises strengthen your body, Emotional Fitness Training exercises strengthen your ability to deal with life's unavoidable stresses and hurts. Allowing you to clense your mind and focus on what really matters. These exercises are not "new age," but are based on scientific knowledge about what helps individuals stay emotionally fit.

By filtering your thoughts and emotions through these exorcises you will be able to focus on the important facts and emotions when performing a spell. On a last note of emotional wellness it is our advise that everyone keeps a journal, its a good place to vent without hurting others.
